Riders,

We have been requested to stand for LCpl David Vargas, David was honorably discharged with the rank of Lance Corporal from the United States Marine Corp after serving on active duty in support of the National Emergency Operation Enduring Freedom II. He was a recipient of the Iraq Campaign Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and the National Defense Service Med.

4 years Army, 11 months Marine Corps, honorably discharged with the rank of Lance Corporal.

Unfortunately with the short notice we do not have a ride Captain so for our brothers and sisters who live in Brooklyn if you could spare an hour or so to stand in his honor to let his family know that we care and remember his sacrifice they would appreciate it.
