About the Mission:

The family of US Army Veteran Jerome T. Sroka has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Sroka passed 4 August 2025 at the age of 83.

Mr. Sroka entered the US Army on 20 June 1962 at the age of 21, and trained as a Light Vehicle Driver ( MOS-640-0) at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. He was honorably discharged on 14 June 1964 at Fort Devens. For his service to his nation he was awarded; Army Good Conduct Medal.

PGR members will stand flag line for arriving family and guests. After Mass of Christian Burial and dignified transfer, PGR will escort family to Sacred Heart Cemetery in Attica, NY for military honors and interment.
