About the Mission:

The family of Robert O. Harrington, Jr. has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his funeral services.  Robert, age 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY.

Robert served on active duty with the United States Army during 1978.  He was trained as a Combat Engineer (MOS 12B10), and was honorably discharged at the rank of Private.  He earned an Expert Qualification Badge (M-16) and Specialist Qualification Badge (Hand Grenade).

He was later employed at the Hilton in Saratoga Springs and the Route 50 Diner in Ballston Spa.

We will stand a flag line for the arrival of family and friends during Visitation, between 1:00 and 2:00 pm, then stand down. Services at this point are over.
