About the Mission:
The family of Geoffrey R. O'Hanlon has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. O'Hanlon, 94, passed on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
There is no obituary available at this time, so information about Mr. O'Hanlon's life and service is limited. We do know that he was born in Jefferson, NY and entered active duty in the US Army on 21 April 1955. He was trained as a Personnel Accounting Specialist (MOS 752.10) and assigned 5th Media Relations Unit. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Specialist 3rd Class (SP3), from Fort Sheridan, Illinois, and completed his inactive reserved obligation on 20 April 1963 during the Cold War era.

Special Information:
Staging at the funeral home with a flag line for the arrival of family and guests. A funeral service is scheduled for 1:30 pm, followed by escort to, and interment with military honors at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, NY.
