About the Mission:

The family of US Army Veteran Eric V. Jablonski has requested Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Jablonski passed on 1 August 2025 surrounded by his family.

Mr. Jablonski proudly served for 7 years on active duty as a M-1 Armored Crewman. His last duty station was Fort Carson, Colorado. He was honorably discharged as Sergeant (E-5), on 30 June 2000. For his service Mr. Jablonski was awarded; Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal - 6 awards, Army Good Conduct Medal - 2nd Award, National Defense Service Medal, Army Lapel Button, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Marksman Badges - Rifle, Pistol and Hand Grenade.
