About the Mission:
Patriot Guard Riders has once again been invited to participate in the Albany Memorial Day Parade on Monday, 5/27/24.
Grand Marshalls for Albany Memorial Day Parade: Gold Stars Parents Jim and Jill Frankoski and John and Judy Grassia. They will be honoring their children, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Casey Frankoski and Chief Warrant Officer 2 John Michael Grassia III, who were killed in a helicopter crash in March 2024
PGR can always be counted on to show up in big numbers and I hope this year is no exception. It's always gratifying to see and hear the reception we get from the public - and the reviewing stand gets a kick out of our somewhat noisy "salute".
So get to work on those duck walk inner thigh muscles and left hand clutch grip. As always Flags,,,,,,,flags,,,,,,,,
This is always a very well-attended event both in participants and just plain folks lining the street - especially if the weather is nice.

PGR to assemble motorcycles at the corner of Central Ave and Robin St (East of North Lake Ave.)
CBA Students will be forming to our left.

Special Information:
Central Ave is open until about 9:00 am, so early arrivals will park along the side of Central Ave. Once the street is shut down we'll line up in the middle of Central Ave at the intersection with Robin St.
Parade steps off at 9:30am
