About the Mission:

Robert C. Day faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Marine Corps, serving from the time of his enlistment on 20 August 1980, until his honorable discharge at the rank of Corporal on 16 September 1984, including over 7 months foreign service. He completed his Reserve obligation on 16 September 1987.
For his faithful service as Rifleman (0311) with 1st Battallion 8th Marines, he was awarded; Good Conduct Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (2nd Award), Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal (Lebanon) and Rifle Expert Badge (2nd Award).

His family requests Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his final honors.
