About the Mission:

1st Lt. William T. Cleary, will be memorialized at Calverton National Cemetery. The bombardier was shot down over the Adriatic Sea in 1944. His remains along with the rest of his crew were never recovered. A Bronze marker will be installed in memory of the fallen hero at Calverton National Cemetery’s “In Memoriam Area". Please join us to honor the service and sacrifice of the First Lieutenant Cleary.
