Roland L. Costen faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Navy. No more is known about his military service.

He served as Chaplain to the American Legion Post 1082, East Meadow, and was also a member of Knights of Columbus.

His family requests Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his final honors.
