About the Mission:

The family of Martin J. Rosenkranz III has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Martin, 77, passed on November 20, 2024 in Vero Beach, FL. 

Born in Easton, PA, on April 4, 1947, Martin graduated from Bishop Gibbons High School, then Skidmore College in upstate NY.  He enlisted in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, on 29 March 1968, and was trained as an Aviation Radio Repairman (Specialty Code 2851).  He served honorably for 3 years and 9 months, including a tour of duty in Vietnam.  He was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant (E-5) on 3 June 1972, and for his service was awarded a Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device and aSharpshooter Badge - Rifle.

Martin went on to have successful careers in sales, management, and technology, retiring in Florida.
